PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relocation detection device having high reliability and a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A pedestal sensor 32 is installed, for detecting transfer by detecting existence of flotation of a three-dimensional measuring machine, on the lower end of a leg part 10A of a trestle of the three-dimensional measuring machine. The pedestal sensor 32 is provided with a movable plate 60 movable by flotation of the three-dimensional measuring machine, and an annular optical fiber 82 whose radius of curvature is changed by movement of the movable plate 60, and detects flotation of the three-dimensional measuring machine by change of the quantity of light transmitted through the optical fiber 82.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
