<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight module capable for realizing an easy assembly work, a low occurrence ratio of failed items, and moreover cost-saving and weight-saving. <P>SOLUTION: In the backlight module, an emitted light from a light emitting means with a plurality of light emitting units fitted on one face of a circuit board is received at an incident surface of a light guide means having an incident surface, an emitting surface, and a reflection surface and then is guided to diffuse into planar light, and then, is emitted to the outside of a fitting frame at the emitting surface. In the fitting frame, there are provided a first auxiliary reflection means which is made of a plastic material and moreover has a first auxiliary reflection surface facing the incident surface and is arranged and structured so as to be inserted into the plurality of light emitting units of the light emitting means, and a second auxiliary reflection means which is made of the plastic material and moreover is arranged and structured so as to have a second auxiliary reflection surface facing a circumference in the emitting surface, neighboring the incidence surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
