PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation panel that is free of transfer of unevenness of a surface of a vacuum heat insulation material to a base material and swelling of a bottom surface of a recessed part to the outside of the base material.SOLUTION: A heat insulation panel 1 is configured to accommodate a vacuum heat insulation material 30 and a foamed heat insulation material 32 formed by foaming resin foam 31, in a recessed part 15 of a base material 10 having its section formed in a substantially recessed shape. A pressure absorbing material 20 which can deform with foaming pressure of the resin foam 31 and has an air layer 21 is arranged between the vacuum heat insulation material 30 and an inner bottom surface 15b of the recessed part 15, and the foamed heat insulation material 32 is charged on top and reverse surface sides of the vacuum heat insulation material 30. |
