PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an annular fluorescent lamp packaging device for reducing the cost of a spacer effectively by a comparatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A packaging device is provided with a case 1 with flap pieces 1a and 1b on an open edge, spacers 10 formed of storage sections for storing bulb sections almost corresponding to the flap pieces 1a and 1b of an annular fluorescent lamp L and spacer sections 12 positioned between side faces of the annular fluorescent lamps L formed alternately and continuously and a plate-shaped spacer base 20. The spacers 10 are so disposed on the one sides of upper and lower flap pieces of a plurality of annular fluorescent lamps L stored in a plurality of lines in the case 1 as to store bulb sections in their storage sections also to position the spacer sections 12 between side faces of the annular fluorescent lamps L, and the spacer pieces 20 are interposed between the lines of annular fluorescent lamps L.
