PURPOSE: An opening apparatus of a vehicle power window is provided to satisfy the various modes of the opening apparatus by changing only terminal arrangement in one circuit by using a jump line, thereby simplifying the circuit and reducing the manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: In an opening apparatus of a vehicle power window, signals of a switch part(SW) formed with pairs of rising and falling switches((SW1,SW2)(SW3,SW4) are respectively connected with a micro computer(2) through an input part(6) formed with resistances(R10-R18) and condensers(C7-C9), outputs of the micro computer are respectively connected with bases of emitter grounded transistors of rising and falling driving parts(3,4), and power supply(B+) is connected with collectors(Q1,Q2) of the transistors through relays(RY1,RY2), so that a motor(M) is rotated forward and backward in accordance with contacting points of the relays and the power window is opened.
