PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set capable of sufficiently preventing occurrence of feathering of a single-color image and occurrence of bleeding between colors of color images and affording an image of a high optical density, an image- forming device and a method for forming the image. SOLUTION: This ink set 3 comprises ink tanks 52, 54, 56 and 58 independently filled with inks of >=3 different colors and a jetting means for independently jetting droplets of the respective inks from the ink tanks 52, 54, 56 and 58. The respective inks contain water, a colorant and a water-soluble organic solvent. The inks of at least two colors in the respective inks have 0.5-4 degrees/s change in contact angle with time for a plain paper. |
