The invention relates to a shading device (1) which comprises a roller blind fabric (10), movably mounted so as to be displaced between a receiving position in which it is wound up at a distance to the area to be shaded, and an extended position in which it extends below the area to be shaded. The shading device also comprises supporting elements (30) which are adapted to support the roller blind fabric (10) in the transverse direction in the area to be shaded. The invention is characterized in that the supporting elements (30) are adapted to hold the lateral edges (11, 12) of the roller blind fabric (10) and at the same time tension the roller blind fabric (10) between the lateral edges (11, 12) in the transverse direction. |
