A fiber-glass reinforce plastic manufacturing apparatus having a bubble removing device is provided to remove bubbles generated in a resin layer between upper and lower PET films during feeding fiber-glass to the resin layer. A fiber-glass reinforce plastic manufacturing apparatus having a bubble removing device includes a lower PET film feeding unit(10), a resin feeding unit(20), a fiber-glass feeding unit(30), a bubble removing unit(40), an upper PET film feeding unit(40), and a molding unit(60). The lower PET film feeding unit feeds a rolled PET film. The resin feeding unit feeds resin to form a resin layer(21) on a lower PET film. The fiber-glass feeding unit feeds fiber-glass to the lower PET film having the resin layer. The bubble removing unit removes bubbles generated in the resin layer of the lower PET film. The upper PET film feeding unit feeds an upper PET film(51) on the resin layer of the lower PET film layer. The molding unit cures the upper PET film and the lower PET films having the resin layer.
