The invention concerns a metal scaffold bar (20.1) with a steel beam profile (21.1) comprising two beam profile ends (32.1, 32.2) that extend away from one another and to which a metal fastening means (33.1) is welded for detachably fastening the scaffold bar (20.1) to other scaffold parts (41). A U-shaped reinforcement profile (22.1) made of sheet steel is welded to the beam profile (21.1) using the fastening ends of the side branches of the U-shaped profile. The height of the U-shaped reinforcement profile is greater than the height of the beam profile and the width of the U-shaped reinforcement profile is smaller than the width of the beam profile by more than double the thickness of the beam profile (21.1). |
