PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information communication apparatus which can transmit information while securely keeping information of the image information communication apparatus.SOLUTION: An image formation system 901 includes: a mobile terminal (image information communication apparatus) 401; and an image forming apparatus 101 having image information. The mobile terminal 401 has internal address information and the image forming apparatus 101 has external address information, and both of them can transmit information, respectively. When the image information of the image forming apparatus 101 is transmitted using the mobile terminal 401, both an address corresponding to the internal address information and an address corresponding to the external address information are displayed on an address selection screen 501 of the mobile terminal 401 to allow a user to select the address. When the user selects the address corresponding to the external address information, image information is transmitted from the image forming apparatus 101. When the user selects the address corresponding to the internal address information, the image information is transmitted from the mobile terminal 401. |
