PURPOSE:To eliminate thermal deformation and carbonization by combustion, and to improve heat resistance by adhering internal tapelike ceramics despersed paper and external tapelike paper together in two layers spirally and tightly and thus forming a paper pipe, and cutting the pipe to prescribed size and then baking it. CONSTITUTION:Tapelike ceramics dispersed paper 1 is wound around a spool 5 and while an adhesive 3 is heated and molten by a means such as a hot plate 4, tapelike paper 2 having the internal surface coated or laminated with the adhesive 3 molten thermally is wound and adhered spirally around the dispersed paper 1 so that the winding width of the tapelike paper 2 is shifted from the winding width of the dispersed paper 1 by a half, thus forming a paper pipe 6. Then, the paper pipe 6 is cut to prescribed seze and baked to burn out the tapelike paper 2, manufacturing a ceramics cylindrical sintered body. Then, this sintered body is made into a voice coil bobbin and a conductor is wound around it to complete the manufacture. This voice coil bobbin is free of thermal deformation and carbonization by combustion, and superior in heat resistance. |
