PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an increase in construction efficiency by enabling a material to be efficiently fed to an outer peripheral part of a shield tunnel and reducing an occupied area necessary for material supply.SOLUTION: A material feeder 10 includes: guide rails 11 and 12 that are installed in a main-line shield tunnel 1 when a material is fed to an outer peripheral section of the main-line shield tunnel 1 and that are arranged coaxially with the main-line shield tunnel 1 and in a ring shape along an outer periphery; a cylindrical rotary drum 13 that is turned along the guide rails 11 and 12 and that directs a cylinder shaft in parallel with a tunnel axis direction X of the main-line shield tunnel 1; and a stage 14 that is provided in such a manner as to be capable of going around the cylinder shaft, within the rotary drum 13.
