PURPOSE: An electronic paper display element manufacture method for improving the driving characteristic is provided to improve the luminance of a cell by removing the distribution of the charged particle and removing the fault charged particle. CONSTITUTION: A first temporary cell is formed on a first sub ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) substrate by disposing a ITO substrate. The first indium tin oxide substrate separates after an aging process. A second temporary cell is formed on a second subsidiary ITO substrate(50). The second ITO substrate is separated after an aging process. The first ITO substrate and the second ITO substrate are arranged.
