An anti-microbial towel containing titanium dioxide photocatalyst and nano-silver is provided to have anti-microbial and sterilization effects, thereby efficiently relieve or cure skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, acne, etc. by impregnating the towel in a composition containing titanium dioxide photocatalyst, nano-silver, binder, metal ions and water. The composition comprises 1.5 to 1.7wt.% of titanium dioxide photocatalyst, 30 to 70ppm of nano-silver, 8 to 12wt.% of binder, 0.3 to 0.7wt.% of metal ions and the balance of water. The anti-microbial towel is formed by impregnating a towel in the composition for 10 to 20 minutes, and dehydrating and drying the impregnated towel at 30 to 40deg.C. After immersing the prepared towel in water at 40 to 50deg.C, the wet towel is placed on the skin to remove bacteria of the skin. The binder is organic binder selected from acryl and urethane, or inorganic binder selected from silica based material.
