The invention relates to a method applied for painting two-face aluminium profiles via spray pistol and colouring powder. It aims at the application of different colours and nuances on the inner and outer side of the aluminium profile as well as at the creation of ornamental elements of various colours and designs. This is obtained by covering of one side of the aluminium profile with self-adhesive plastic band or metal band and by use of electrostatic pistol loaded with colouring powder of desired colours and nuances; after polymerisation in the oven, the powder is left to be cooled down. The same process is repeated for painting the other side of the aluminium profile. |
