PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic latent image development capable of satisfying both of excellent fixing performance and function to develop color under light, and an image forming method. SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic latent image development has a first component and a second component which are present in a mutually isolated state and develop color when they react with each other, and a photocurable composition containing one of the first component and the second component, wherein the photocurable composition further contains one of an alkyl acrylate and an alkyl methacrylate having a 12-30C alkyl group.
