<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of generating power with a fixed output even if it continuously generates power for a long time, by suppressing deterioration of the output due to decrease in the concentration of fuel. <P>SOLUTION: In this fuel cell equipped with an anode, a cathode, a membrane electrode assembly having a proton conductive film disposed between the anode and the cathode, a plurality of fuel chambers to contain liquid fuel, a vaporization chamber provided between the anode and the fuel chambers, and a gas-liquid separating membrane disposed between the fuel chambers and the vaporization chamber, two or more fuel chambers are provided, and a passage to pass liquid between adjacent chambers among two or more fuel chambers and the vaporization chamber is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
