<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve the rice cooking property and heat-retaining property by adopting a ceramic pot such as a so-called earthen pot as an inner pot for a rice cooker and improving an inferior thermal diffusion property when executing electromagnetic induction heating. <P>SOLUTION: This electric rice cooker includes the ceramic inner pot to be heated by electromagnetic induction, an inner case for extractably storing the inner port, an outer case for storing and fixing the inner case and an electromagnetic induction heating means provided in the inner case part and heating the inner pot by the electromagnetic induction via an induction heat producing body, wherein an aluminum die casting part is provided on the outer circumference of the inner pot and the induction heat producing body is provided on the outer circumference of the aluminum die casting part so as to effectively improve the thermal diffusion property to the whole inner pot body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
