摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for robot-assisted surgery, in which sterile coupling of a sterile unit and a manipulator arm is easily possible, where transmission of mechanical force and torque is possible between the sterile unit and an instrument unit.SOLUTION: The device for robot-assisted surgery comprises at least one non-sterile manipulator arm having a coupling unit 100 with drive elements. The device further comprises an instrument unit 300 which includes a surgical instrument 500 and a sterile unit 400 for coupling the surgical instrument to the drive elements of the coupling unit. The coupling unit comprises translatory drive elements 110, 112 and rotatory drive elements 114, 116. The device has a sterile lock 200 which is capable of being coupled to the coupling unit and to the sterile unit. The sterile lock connected to the coupling unit shields the translatory drive elements and the rotatory drive elements in a sterilization manner before the sterile unit is connected to the sterile lock and after the sterile unit is separated from the sterile lock.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
