PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation program generating device that can reduce the burden of a designer when the designer is creating a simulation program of simulating operations of the devices, motions of a processing target material, and a process phenomenon in a manufacturing plant.SOLUTION: A facility equipment model component is read from a facility equipment model component DB2301 based on a facility equipment layout 2210 and a facility equipment list 2220 when a simulation program is to be automatically generated. Further, a setting parameter read from the facility equipment list 2220 is set in the facility equipment model component in accordance with a parameter/list relation definition 2230.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
