The present invention relates to a pipe-integrated oil well fluid or oilfield fluid separation apparatus which enables crude oil or gas to be separated from seawater by receiving oil well fluid or oilfield fluid from the seabed and then separating the same by centrifugal force, the pipe-integrated oil well fluid or oilfield fluid separation apparatus comprising: an outer pipe with an inlet; a vortex rotor mounted inside the outer pipe in the inlet; a fixed extraction pipe of which the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer pipe, and which is arranged in the downstream of the vortex rotor inside the outer pipe; a moving extraction pipe which is coupled to an end of the vortex rotor of the fixed extraction pipe so as to be extended or contracted with respect to the fixed extraction pipe to thereby vary the position of the inlet; a pressure compensation pipe which pressurizes and discharges separated gas or crude oil in the downstream of the fixed extraction pipe; and a seawater discharge pipe formed in the position of the outer pipe in which the fixed extraction pipe is located.
