CONDENSER JIG FOR REFRIGERATOR

PURPOSE: A condenser jig for refrigerator is provided to facilitate the separation of jig from condenser in the process of manufacturing a bi-fin type condensor, so that the efficiency of work is improved. CONSTITUTION: In the condenser jig for refrigerator, a bi-fin tube which is united by pressing a refrigerant pipe and a radiant pin is coiled along the surface of jig(80) and then piled on the adjacent bi-fin tube. And the piled part is welded by spot welding to be formed in cylinder type. Numerous bobbins(81) are formed in multistage type to coil the bi-fin tube continuously, and the surface of each bobbin is tapered in the same direction so that the bi-fin tube which is coiled on the surface of bobbin can pass toward the small part of which the diameter is smaller than the others.
