PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a figure and/or a character string for visually expressing a guidance notice that is listed on a signboard to be visually recognized surely, and to prevent a rod and a building that are listed on a three-dimensional map from being hidden by the signboard in the case of navigation by displaying the guidance notice signboard while being overlapped on the three-dimensional map. SOLUTION: Translucency is set to the signboard as a transparence attribute 34, and opacity is set to a figure and/or a character string as the opacity attribute 34. As a result, in the guidance list signboard that is displayed while being overlapped on the three-dimensional map, the figure and/or the character string are opaque, and the signboard is translucent, so that a user can recognize the figure and/or character string for indicating the guidance list, and also can see the three-dimensional map through the signboard excluding a section where the figure and/or character string are listed.
