PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf member for storage capable of preventing an interruption of a passage which causes a reduction in cooling efficiency or heat insulating efficiency. SOLUTION: The shelf member 50 is set in a housing chamber 20 formed within a heat insulating box 12 in a storage 10, and comprises a stopper 54 located and extended above a mount surface 52 over the whole lateral length in the rear end part. The stopper 54 of the shelf member 50 is formed to be non-parallel to the mount surface 52 in a mountain shape extending over laterally opposed frame members 52a with about the central part as an apex. When a part of an article placed on the mount surface 52 is put on the upper edge 54a of the stopper 54, the article is inclined in the lateral direction, whereby attention is drawn.
