PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an E-mail system which eliminates the troublesomeness of the receipt confirmation of the E-mail and the operation for notification of the receipt, and informs the E-mail to a communication terminal by the side of receiving the communication terminal by the side of recipients transmitting person without burdening recipients with charging for receipt performing the validation of the E-mail. SOLUTION: When a portable radio telephone terminal 1 transmits a mail with receipt confirmation validation flag, a mail administration sever 4 transmits an arrived mail notice M1 to the portable radiotelephone terminal 2. The portable radiotelephone terminal 2 answers to the main administration server 4 in a consent notification M2. If there is the consent notification M2, the mail administration server 4 transmits the mail to the portable radiotelephone terminal 2. A receipt notification M3 is transmitted to the portable radio telephone terminal 1. If there is no consent notification M2, a non-received notification M4 is transmitted to the portable radiotelephone terminal 1.
