<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit characteristic control device capable of controlling the circuit characteristic based on a transistor characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: In order to control the circuit 12 characteristic, this circuit characteristic control device 10 changes a feeding voltage to the circuit 12 based on at least one transistor characteristic in the circuit 12. In one execution form, a power source for compensation is equipped with a threshold sensor for detecting a threshold of the transistor in the circuit 12, and a temperature sensor for detecting the transistor temperature in the circuit 12.
