The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pork cutlet containing mulberry leaves. The present invention enables everyone to eat a high quality pork cutlet which everyone likes and feels familiar with by putting mixed food ingredients, which are prepared by putting minced pork containing protein, soy protein, rice flour, corn starch, etc., and food additives in a mixer respectively and mixing all together, and a food ingredient mixture for the pork cutlet, which is prepared by cutting, smashing, and processing nutritious mulberry leaves and chives and mixing the same, in a shaping machine to make the same into a pork cutlet having a desired shape and spreading better ring, which is prepared by additionally mixing wheat flour, corn starch, etc. with purified water and processing the same, on the pork cutlet uniformly, and then covering the pork cutlet with bread crumbs. |
