PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dialogue service providing device, a dialogue service providing method, and a computer program.SOLUTION: A dialogue service providing method includes: a stage which receives a request that a talk room is switched to an anonymous mode from at least one of a plurality of accounts; a stage which receives supporting opinions/opposing opinions about switch to the anonymous mode from at least a part of the plurality of accounts; a stage which matches each of a plurality of provisional accounts to each of the plurality of accounts and switches the talk room to the anonymous mode when the number or ratio of the supporting opinions among the supporting opinions/opposing opinions is a first reference value or larger; a stage displays to the talk room a first visual sign when the first visual sign is received from any one of the plurality of accounts and displays that the provisional account corresponding to the account that has transmitted the first visual sign has transmitted the first visual sign.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
