PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged body static eliminator which reduces the number of components as further as possible and is capable of performing static elimination processing on a charged body by corona discharge without generating excessive ozone in both positive and negative electrodes.SOLUTION: A charged body static eliminator 10 comprises: a power supply 20; and a positive electrode 30 and a negative electrode 40 which are electrically connected to the power supply 20 and disposed in parallel with a required interval interposed therebetween. A voltage to be applied to at least the negative electrode 40 between the positive electrode 30 and the negative electrode 40 is a voltage capable of corona discharge, and the quantity of ozone to be generated by the corona discharge is maintained in such a range that the quantity does not become excessive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
