OBJECT DETECTION METHOD, DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intruding object detection method and an intruding object monitoring device for detecting a target object having intruded into an imaging range by reducing the erroneous detection of a moving object other than the target object. SOLUTION: A differential image of a predetermined number of frames is obtained by respectively calculating differences on the basis of pixels from different image signals; a combined differential image is created by combining the predetermined number of differential images at a predetermined ratio; a binarized image is created by binarizing the combined differential image by a predetermined threshold value; and a binarized object in the binarized image is detected as an intruding object in a monitoring visual field.
