<p>The invention relates to a building envelope designed for maintaining the inside thermal comfort. According to the invention, the envelope comprises some external walls (1 and 5) for each room of a building which consists, from the exterior to the interior, of some solar and photo-voltaic thermal collectors (2 and 3), a thermally insulating system (4), a first air layer (6), a number of modules (7) of the prism-shaped tank type or of the water pipe classifier type, which are in a hydraulic circuit with a heating-cooling system (8) comprising some solar heat collectors (2) and a heat pump (9), a second air layer (10) and an internal finishing layer (11) provided at the lower part and upper part of the wall (5) with some air circulation slots (12), so that the air circulating in a controlled manner between the building inside and the air layers adjacent to said modules (7) ensure either heating or cooling of internal air, the water modules (7) having provided some thermal fuse-type zones (13) controlled by a surveillance system (14) which, upon occurrence of an incipient fire, open and discharge the water content onto the fire source.</p> |
