Disclosed in various embodiments are a thin film transistor array substrate and an organic light emitting display device including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the thin film transistor array substrate includes: a driving thin film transistor and a switching thin film transistor which are placed on a substrate; a storage capacitor which includes a first electrode connected to the driving gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor and a second electrode placed on top of the first electrode and insulated from the first electrode; a capacitor insulation film which is placed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an interlayer insulation film which is formed on the front of the substrate to cover the second electrode. The switching gate electrode of the switching thin film transistor is formed at the same time with the second electrode.
