The present invention relates to a variable flow regulator for a forklift and a mounting structure thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent occurrence of a shake and a vibration of working machinery caused by an increase in weight of the working machinery at the time of lowering the working machinery when an operation is performed by additionally mounting the working machinery on the forklift. To this end, according to the present invention, a flow regulator (50), which controls the descending velocity of a carriage and an attachment or the operation velocity of the attachment through flow control when the attachment is mounted on a mast assembly of a forklift, comprises: a cylindrical housing (51); a spool (54) which is assembled in the cylindrical housing (51) and has a plurality of front holes (58) and a plurality of rear holes (59); a spring (55) which is assembled at one end of the spool (54); a sleeve (53) which is disposed on a perimeter of the spring (55) to reciprocate; and a plug (52) which is disposed on one side of the cylindrical housing (51). The flow regulator (50) further comprises an adaptor (56) which has one end assembled to the sleeve (53) and the other end assembled to the plug (52) and is able to manually control characteristics of the spring (55). |
