PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add oil without transferring the oil from an oil container such as a 18-liter can to reduce a labor of a worker.SOLUTION: A fryer 1 includes in a device body: an oil tank 3 storing cooking oil; heating means (a pulse combustor 6) heating the cooking oil; heating means (an electric heater 43 and a solid oil liquefier 46) heating the solid oil in the 18-liter can 42 to keep the oil in a liquefied state; oil supply means (a second suction branch pipe 38, a suction pipe 36, an oil supply pipe 31, an oil supply branch pipe 32, a pump 30, a switch valve 40, and an electric oil supply valve 33) supplying the liquefied solid oil from the 18-liter can 42 to the oil tank 3 as addition oil; and a controller controlling each means. In the device body, an oil container arrangement part 41 capable of taking in/out the 18-liter can 42 is arranged, and the second suction branch pipe 38 of the oil supply means can be inserted/removed with respect to the 18-liter can 42 arranged in the oil container arrangement part 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
