<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of an opening and resealing device for a paper container, capable of easily opening and closing with an inexpensive and simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The opening and closing device 6 attached to a portion 5 to be opened includes an outer tube 7 and an inner tube 8 formed like an elbow with a circular cross-section. The openikng includes a lid 9 covering an outer periphery at one of ends of the inner tube 8 so that it can be opened/closed. The other end of the inner tube 8 includes sawtooth-like breaking teeth for breaking the portion 5 to be opened. When the lid 9 is pushed in, an inner surface 7b of the elbow-formed outer tube 7 with a circular cross-section fixed to a top face 2a is easily opened by the breaking teeth as the elbow-formed inner tube 8 rotates while sliding. As the paper container 1 is tilted, a content liquid can be poured out through one of the ends. Since the inner tube 8 is an elbow-formed curved surface, an inner edge of the end where the content liquid Q flows out is located to bend inward from a vertical line at an inner position of the top face 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
