A method based on a server and client side computational model and a system comprising a web browser plugin/extension or scripts to create at run-time in page or on page navigation links for the compatible websites hosted on public or private servers or in cloud. The generated navigation interfaces or the main menu and the context menus allow the user to explore the website hierarchy in an efficient manner by using mouse actions such as mouse hovers over the generated menus. The compatible websites include at least one SharePoint web site which can be a Microsoft Office 365 website (also known as SharePoint Online) or SharePoint on premises website running on versions including SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016. This invention, with computational components running in the user's computer web browser, enables the users of the compatible websites to have the web site structure and object data retrieved from the web servers and displayed in the web browser at run time. The said invention, running in a user's computer web browser, reads the website data of the compatible websites and computes the navigational links and information interfaces. It generates context menus for the individual menu items with metadata, action links, previews and reports.
