<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control apparatus which stabilizes a power system by suppressing reverse flow power as necessary while reducing economic loss of users, and to provide a power control system using the power control apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 20 installed in each user's house comprises: a power generation amount obtaining part 22 obtaining a power generation amount of a solar battery 5; a sellable power amount obtaining part 21 obtaining a sellable power amount flowing reversely to a power system, out of the electric power generated from the solar cell 5; and a sellable power suppressing control part 23 which sets a threshold value of the sellable power amount in proportion to the power generation amount obtained by the power generation amount obtaining part 22 and suppresses the reverse flow power flowing to the power system so that the sellable power amount becomes less than or equal to the threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
