OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SUPPORTING APPARATUS OF POWER GENERATING PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational management supporting apparatus supporting maintenance work and preventing infringement of safety regulations due to human error when operational conditions of a power generating plant deviate from an LCO in the meanwhile.

SOLUTION: An operational management supporting apparatus comprises: an alarm processor 12 comparing plant data measured by sensors 3a through 3x disposed in a nuclear power generating plant 2 with preset alarm threshold values and generating an alarm issuance instruction signal for giving instructions to issue an alarm in a case where the nuclear power generating plant 2 is determined to be abnormal; safety regulations DB14 for storing information associated with safety regulations of the nuclear power generating plant 2; a supporting device 13 for extracting information associated with infringed safety regulations from the safety regulations DB14 based on plant data associated with an issuance of the alarm when receiving the alarm issuance instruction signal; and displays 15 and 16 for displaying the plant data and the information associated with the safety regulations extracted by a safety regulations extracting section.
