Provided in the present invention is a cooking system, comprising: a pot body frame; a cylindrical pot body rotatably arranged on the pot body frame and used for accommodating cooking materials; a rotary driving apparatus used for driving the pot body into rotation; an angle adjusting apparatus connected to the pot body and/or the pot body frame and used for adjusting the inclination angle of the rotary axis of the pot body; heating apparatus used for heating the pot body and/or the materials in the pot body; an arithmetic processor; an instruction input device; and a control apparatus. The control apparatus is capable of controlling, on the basis of a rotational speed control instruction, the pot body to rotate in a first mode at a first rotational speed greater than or equal to a critical rotational speed, thus allowing the cooking materials to be attached onto the pot body and to make rotary motions with the pot body. The critical rotational speed refers to the minimum rotational speed at which the cooking material can be attached onto the pot body and make circular motions with the pot body. The cooking system of the present invention not only implements rapid and even heating of the cooking materials, but also effectively increases cooking capacity. |
