PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cowl part structure having improved the bending rigidity of a cowl part constituting panel constituting a cowl part. SOLUTION: A bending part 24 having an approximately vertical central part partially protruded to a vehicle rear side is formed on a cowl inner 20B. The bending part 24 is formed to be continued between both ends in the vehicle width direction of the cowl inner 20B. Since the edge line 26 of the bending part 24 is continued between the both ends in the width direction of the vehicle, the cowl inner 20B has no portions of which bending rigidity is locally changed viewed in the width direction of the vehicle and has approximately uniform bending rigidity.
