PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for making traditional liquor by fermentation and distillation using grains is provided to selectively obtain fermented liquor and distilled liquor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making traditional liquor by fermentation and distillation using grains comprises: an enzyme culture device(130) which stores grains, supplies oxygen and stirs precipitate for optimal enzyme culture condition; a warming unit for optimal temperature; a thermostat refrigerator which maintains constant temperature for storing alive fermentation enzyme; a heating unit for heating fermented liquor by 60 Deg. C to increase alcohol concentration; a cooling unit for liquefying vaporized alcohol; and a peltier element(210) for operating the enzyme culture device, warming unit, thermostat refrigerator, heating unit, and cooling unit by one thermoelement. |
