PURPOSE: A producing method of a food composition for improving immune function using green tea hydrolysate is provided to offer the anticancer effect of the green tea hydrolysate to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a food composition for improving immune function using green tea hydrolysate comprises the following steps: hydrolyzing green tea using pectinase; removing residues from the green tea hydrolysate; and precipitating polysaccharide from the green tea hydrolysate using ethanol, and obtaining crude polysaccharide. The crude polysaccharide contains rhamnogalacturonan-I or rhamnogalacturonan-II as an active ingredient. |
