PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck pad capable of effectively warming or cooling a neck and its adjacency by improving a fitting property to the neck part. SOLUTION: This neck pad for being attached to the neck is provided with a storage part 1 storing a cooling body or a heat producing body and disposed at the back part of the neck, and a pair of winding parts 2 connected to the both ends of the storage part 1, taperedly constituted toward the tips and being wound around the neck.
