<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bag which hermetically packs juicy food therein usable at the time of using its contents for heating or cooking safely by a microwave oven or the like with an appropriate internal pressure applied and the bag being used as it is. SOLUTION: A food packing bag 100 is formed in a shape of standing pouch by using a laminated film mainly made up of plastics, and exhaust passages 9 and 9 each in a zigzagged structure with its front end sealed up are provided with an edge part at the lateral on one side is, for instance, heat sealed with an exhaust passage forming seal part 6, and an incision 8a is provided at an unsealing part at the front end of the exhaust passages 9 and 9 with a notch 7a formed at its end.
