PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating hand device that is movable properly via a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: An air blowoff part 12 holds a workpiece 20 suctioned. Chuck arms 18a and 18b hold the workpiece fixed. The chuck arms 18a and 18b move the workpiece 20 in a fixed retation and then release the workpiece 20 to center and insert it in a hole or the like while supporting it floatingly.
