<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent a water cut-off device installed inside a pipeline from drifting toward the downstream side due to hydraulic pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The water cut-off device 1 is installed inside a pipeline in which water flows. On the internal wall surface of a manhole M1 at the downstream side of the water cut-off device 1, two or more restriction rods 38 are fixed so as to straddle a connecting port 31 to the pipeline. Thus, the water cut-off device is certainly prevented from drifting toward the downstream side, because the movement of the water cut-off device 1 to the downstream side is restricted by the abutment of the two or more restriction rods 38 against the water cut-off device 1 even when the water cut-off device 1 receives a hydraulic pressure from the upstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
