ANCHOR DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING SPRING

PURPOSE: An anchor device using the expansion force of a spring and a construction method thereof are provided to be capable of immediately tensioning a strand after anchoring an anchorage portion, thereby preventing ground failure, and tensioning the strand regardless of the setting time of grout so that construction period is shortened. CONSTITUTION: An anchor device using the expansion force of a spring(200) includes an anchorage portion(100), the spring(200), a compression band(300), a guide pin(350), and a cutting hot wire(310). The anchorage portion(100) is inserted into a borehole(A), and has a shape that two half-cylinders are opposite to each other. The spring(200) is installed to be compressed between the two half-cylinders of the anchorage portion(100), and push the anchorage portion(100) outside. The compression band(300) bands the outer side of the two face-to-face half-cylinders for fixing the anchorage portion(100) not to be opened. The guide pin(350) is coupled to the inner side of the anchorage portion(100) so that the anchorage portion(100) is guided to stably move. The cutting hot wire(310) is connected to the compression band(300), and melts the compression band(300) by heat for cutting. The cutting hot wire(310) is exposed to the outside of a grouting hose(400), which is installed to the borehole(A), through the inside of it with being banded on the compression band(300).
