PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stopping time of a working machine by optimizing die arrangement and enabling external set-up of the die of a next rod. SOLUTION: A carrying vehicle 71 movable on a guide rail 69 being a traveling path is provided adjacent to a die exchanging position K formed at a punching press 1. A rack 73 for storing a punch block 23 and a die block 23 is provided in parallel with the rail 69. A first transporting means 91 for integrally carrying the punch and die blocks 23 and 25 at the position K and the second transporting means 93 for carrying the punch and die blocks 23 and 25 onto the rack 73 are provided on the vehicle 71. Thus, external set up of the die is executed and the stopping time of the working machine can be reduced.
