PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open a lip 5 for coating the inside of the lip with low friction coat, in a corner piece bracket integrally formed at a base of the lip 5 on a vehicular interior side so as to project out a lever-shaped handle 12 to the slide groove outside.
