Then 11kg washed tuna is mixed with 1kg jujube, 400g mugwort, 300g licorice root, 300g garlic, 300g Lycium fruit, 300g Cornus fruit, 600g raspberry fruit, 5kg onion, 300g ginger, 400g perilla seed, 600g Astragalus root, 600g Angelica root, 1kg arrow root, 600g Hovenia dulcis, 600g Acanthopanax root bark, 300g Laurus nobilis and 400 to 500g Cervi cornu, based on 20L water and heated for 18 to 22hr.
